Cancellation Policy
● To cancel your order, email us at connect@tbt.care within 2 hours of placing the
order.
● Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you do not wish to accept the delivery, you can refuse the parcel when it arrives. Orders cannot be returned
once delivered.
If Your Order Is Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at connect@tbt.care within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date. Our team will resolve your concern promptly.
Shipping Charges on Purchase
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 499, as notified from time to time. For orders below this amount, shipping charges will apply as shown at checkout.
